We take a great pride in providing students with high quality facilities throughout the College and no more so than in the field of ICT. In total there are 15 computer suites, these are situated in various parts of the College with a number being allocated specifically for individual departments. These include Business, Technology, Media, Health and Social and Music.
The ICT department primarily use 5 computer rooms (4 at Eastern Avenue and 1 at Wentworth Road).
The other 3 areas are fully bookable by each department for cross curricular ICT use.
Each ICT suite has at least 20-30 computers which are regularly updated on a rotation basis. Each computer has a range of up to date software according to what the departments needs are. The site is based on an RM Management system with the each computer running Microsoft Windows XP operating system.
